Good to know

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything boat owners usually want to know before we get started.

Do you come to me?
Yes — we're 100% mobile and come to you anywhere in Southwest Florida, whether your boat is at a marina, your dock, driveway or storage lot.
Do you need anything on-site?
Yes — we do need access to water and power at the location so we can do the job right. Not sure what's available where your boat is kept? Just ask and we'll help you sort it out.
How long does a detail take?
It depends on the size of the boat and how much correction it needs. For an average mid-sized center console in our area, plan on 1–3 days. Larger vessels and full restorations can run anywhere from a day to a week — and on the biggest boats, sometimes a few weeks. We'll give you a clear timeframe at your inspection.
Whole boat or just the hull?
Both. Sometimes it's hull-only, but most of our work is full restorations — inside and out. We'll tailor the job to exactly what your boat needs.
How is pricing worked out?
Pricing is per foot, based on your boat's condition and how many correction steps it needs. Try our instant estimator for a ballpark, then we confirm the exact price at your free inspection — you only ever pay for the correction your boat actually needs.
Ceramic coating vs. sealant?
A marine sealant is a great, budget-friendly layer of protection — but it only lasts about 3–6 months, so it works best if you stay on top of it and have it reapplied on schedule.

A ceramic coating is the premium, long-term choice. Here's why boat owners love it:
  • Lasts 18–24 months — far fewer reapplications
  • Serious UV protection against our harsh Florida sun
  • Repels water, salt and chemicals
  • Makes cleaning much easier — less buildup, less scrubbing
  • Deeper gloss, richer color and real shine
  • Protects your gelcoat and your investment for the long haul
How often should I detail my boat?
At least twice a year. Between the Florida sun and the salt, oxidation sets in fast — staying on a regular schedule keeps your boat looking great and protects its value.
Are you insured?
Yes — we're fully insured, so your boat is in safe hands from start to finish.
What areas do you cover?
All of Southwest Florida — Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Sanibel & Captiva, Marco Island, Punta Gorda and everywhere in between.
How do I book?
Easiest ways: call or text us at 239-672-0442, or request a quote right here on the site and we'll get back to you fast to lock in a time that fits your schedule.
